Most Sydney bathrooms go wrong the same way: a cheap builder gives you a flat number, hides PC sums for tiles and tapware, hands the waterproofing to whoever is on site that week, and walks away with no certificate filed. Bathline started in 2002 to do it the other way. Every renovation is designed in house, every fixture is named brand and model before you sign, the waterproofing is applied by a licensed waterproofer named on your contract, and the certificate of compliance is signed and given to you on handover. The number on page one of the proposal is the number on the final invoice.

A 90-minute in-home meeting. We walk the room, talk through how you use the bathroom, and book the design phase.
Design and selections
Measured plans, 3D visuals, and a guided selections appointment at our suppliers. You sign off the design before anything is ordered.
Fixed-price contract
Inclusions itemised, materials named, start and handover dates written in. One price, locked.
Strip-out and rough-in
Demolition, plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, frame adjustments. Site protection through the rest of your home.
Waterproofing and tiling
AS 3740 membrane, certificate signed and filed. Then full-height tiling by our in-house tiler.
Fit-off and handover
Vanity, screen, tapware and accessories installed. Final clean, walk-through, and the warranty paperwork in your hand.
